ONE STOP SERVICE CENTRE BRINGS MANTSOPA LOCAL MUNICIPALITY’s SERVICES CLOSER TO THE PEOPLE The Director of Community Development Services, Ms. Tsili Lesoetsa and her team today rolled out a One-Stop Service in Mahlatswetsa, Excelsior to bring all community services closer to residents. This initiative fully supported by the management and Mayor Mamsie Tsoene is aimed at making it easier for community members to access multiple municipal services in one place, without having to travel to different municipal offices. MAHLATSWETSA RESIDENTS RECEIVE TITLE DEEDS
Today was a day of joy and relief for Mahlatswetsa residents as they received their rightful title deeds from Councillors Thabo Mutsi and Carlos Lethoko.
The handover ceremony held at Mahlatswetsa Library Hall, Excelsior is part of the #TitleDeedFriday championed by Mayor Mamsie Tsoene. It brought smiles, pride and hope to families who now officially own the homes and land they have lived on for years.

MANTSOPA SERVICE DELIVERY RAPID RESPONSE TEAM MEETS TO FAST-TRACK SOLUTIONS
The Mantsopa Local Municipality (MLM’s) Service Delivery Rapid Response Team, led by Mantsopa Local Municipality (MLM) Mayor Cllr Mamsie Tsoene, held a strategic meeting today at the Exco Chamber in Ladybrand.
The meeting focused on reviewing solutions taken in the previous meeting, sharing of updates on the 100 Day programme and mapping the way forward to ensure faster delivery of services to all communities across Mantsopa LM.

TITLEDEEDFRIDAY DELIVERS DIGNITY TO BOROA, TWEESPRUIT
The #TitleDeedFriday initiative, spearheaded by the Mayor of Mantsopa Local Municipality, Cllr Mamsie Tsoene, took place last Friday at Boroa Community Hall in Tweespruit.
Due to other pressing municipal commitments, Mayor Tsoene was unable to attend in person. The title deeds were officially handed over on her behalf by Cllr Sello Machakela.

NOTICE - REFUSE COLLECTION UPDATE
Mantsopa Local Municipality (MLM) wishes to inform residents of Ladybrand town that Refuse Collection schedule has been slightly affected due to inclement weather conditions.
The team managed to cover some areas and collection will resume tomorrow, 11 August 2026 depending on the weather forecast.
Residents are humbly requested to keep their refuse bins at the usual collection point as collection will resume as soon as conditions allow.
