The Management of Mantsopa Local Municipality (MLM) confirms that the installation of a new electrical mini-sub station at the Genoa Pump Station, Ladybrand commenced yesterday. The power outage will take place today, Friday, 10 April and restoration is likely to take place on Saturday, 11 April (afternoon). 🔧 Work Activities The project includes: - Excavation of trenches for new electrical supply cables - Removal of existing concrete and preparation of cable trenches - Installation and positioning of a new minisub - Installation and connection of new power supply cables to the pump station and motors - Upgrading of the electrical
